FotoFacial is Intense Pulsed Light, or IPL, and is the best treatment available for rosacea. It will produce dramatic improvement in all aspects of the problem. Rosacea is a chronic disease that affects over 11 million Americans. It is especially prevalent in people with fair skin and often starts with easy flushing and blushing. These episodes of flushing progress to the development of prominent visible blood vessels. There are people who only have this component of the disease, and people who have other components such as pimples and acne-like breakouts.

Glycolic acid (alpha hydroxy acid) is used for medically supervised office peels and is available in a wide variety of skin care products for home use. Our skin care products use high concentrations (10% to 30%) of glycolic acid especially formulated by pharmaceutical companies to exfoliate the dead surface cells, smooth fine lines, produce a more even tone, and reduce or eliminate freckles, sun spots and other damage from sun exposure. These improvements may occur within a few weeks of home care product use.
The concept of removing unwanted hair from various areas on the body, quickly, easily, effectively and with minimal discomfort, has been a dream for many people. Through the use of Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), this is no longer a concept, but a reality.
FotoFacial is an advanced skin care procedure that uses computer controlled intense pulsed light to dramatically improve the appearance of the skin on your face, neck and chest. The light penetrates deeply into the skin to stimulate new collagen production. The new collagen thickens the deep skin layer and fills depressions.
Hyperpigmentation is the development of abnormal dark pigment in the skin. Treatment using various skin care products and procedures has given our patients excellent results.

Microdermabrasion smoothes and brightens the skin by using a stream of fine crystals to exfoliate the dead surface cells, remove superficial dark spots and stimulate the deeper tissues to thicken. A series of treatments is recommended, each visit requiring approximately 15 to 30 minutes. You can return to your normal activities immediately after the microdermabrasion session.
